We had the best experience at Paola Carpet and Flooring. We were looking to replace carpet in four bedrooms, a hallway, and a set of stairs. It was a big job. They were wonderful and worked with our schedule, since we had to move large amounts of existing furniture between rooms to get this job done. They had a very large selection to choose from, both regular carpet and stair carpet, and let us take samples home to look at in our home with our lighting. Everyone we worked with there were friendly and informed and their installer was the absolute best! I will not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Erin, Tracie, and their installation teams! We have a 100 lb German Shepard we had to consider when choosing our flooring. We had been told that hardwoods weren’t a good idea with a big dog. So we chose LVT and then did some carpeting as well. We are so happy with the way it all turned out! We’ve got a lot of great compliments! If you are looking for flooring, you need to contact Paola Carpet and Flooring. You will be happy you did. I know we sure are!!

Paola Carpet and Flooring is a fabulous business. They had great customer service, the carpet installer did a wonderful job can barely see the seams and the carpet is amazing. Truly transformed our home. Please reach out to Paola Carpet and Flooring for your flooring needs.

We call this project our COVID project as we pretty much rushed through the finish up of this relatively small basement space for home office and exercise use. We purchased carpet and LVP plank flooring from Paola Carpet and Flooring. Tracy was more than patient with us as we tried to pick out color and style patterns without having paint colors picked out yet! They let us run home multiple samples to see what it would look like in our homes lighting conditions and offered tons of useful advice and suggestions to consider. No sales pressure, personal service, friendly and knowledgeable....what more could you want? Oh yeah, 2 minute drive! In closing....Tracy, Erin and the final installers were fantastic to deal with through the entire selection process. Way more selection at their store of different manufactures and products than the box stores, plus it was one on one attention and WAY more knowledgeable about the products they sell. I would highly recommend anyone looking for floor coverings give them the opportunity to earn your business, I believe you will be happy you did!

We had such a great experience! Erin and Sammi made the carpet-buying process so easy and seamless, especially with the quick ordering and fast installation process. They have a wonderful selection of carpet/flooring, all at reasonable and competitive prices. We needed new carpet in a specific area of the home we were moving into rather quickly, and it was such a fast turnaround time. Their carpet installer did an excellent job...no dings or scratches to walls or trim, and the carpet looks beautiful and is so comfortable. We're extremely pleased with our purchase, and highly recommend using and supporting this great local, hometown business and their great people!

We loved working with Erin and Sammy to pick out our carpet for our new home. I love that they use local installers. The work was done quickly and the quality is amazing. We will recommend them to everyone we know!

Great Customer service. Erin and her staff knocked it out of the park with the installation of LVT in our basement and carpet upstairs. The installers were on time, courteous and highly skilled. We could not be happier with our experience from start to finish!! Would highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

Just had luxury vinyl laid. Couldn't be happier to have carpet gone. Awesome folks to work with. Caleb and Tommy are the best installers. Tracy and Erin work very hard to accommodate budgets. Will use them again.

Erin and Chris came and did our measurements, brought samples and to give us some ideas. We went in and within 20 minutes had our order placed. Our carpet and LVT were completed in one day. We love our flooring!

Sales staff and installing team were courteous and personable. I love my new carpet.

They were helpful from the start, from picking out the right carpet, showing us the options, scheduling the measurements, and installation.

Tracy and her team have completely worked with me on my needs and wants. We had a hiccup but they have been more than understanding and easy to work with. They most certainly have my best interest in mind at all times! even with the hiccup i still rate at 5 stars

Prompt professional service. Friendly staff and installer. Great in store selection and several remnants to choose from if you have a single room/space to carpet.

Tracy was very helpful. Helped us to control our cost with 25% off of remnants carpet for our RV. Can't wait it will be beautiful.

They are so helpful with helping me choose the right flooring. Also, they are helping me understand who does what with floor, baseboard replacement & painting of walls.
